Devin Driscoll – Owner/Founder/President
BA, NSCA, SCS, CPT, Virtus
Devin Driscoll is a strength, speed, & conditioning coach, personal trainer, and coach. Devin founded and owns Next Level Training, which is located in Knoxville, Tennessee. Next Level focuses on strength & conditioning, performance enhancement, personal training & physical therapy. He has hosted his own television segment for a local CBS affiliate, been involved and highlighted in various television programs, has sat on multiple boards and panels regarding health and wellness, and has been the focus of numerous newspaper articles. Devin has reached the state championship as a coach for Sacred Heart Cathedral School and was the head coach of the champion team, Team Adidas, in the inaugural Rocky Top Woman’s League. In addition, he currently coaches High School Rocky Top League. Devin has worked with many professional athletes ranging from the NFL, NBA, WNBA, UFC, Strikforce, PGA and other minor league promotions.
Devin has trained thousand’s of high school athletes in the East Tennessee area. He is the head of Strength and Conditioning for Adidas Team Hustle AAU group, East Tennessee Prep Hoops, Men’s and Woman’s Rocky Top League’s, TNVaristy.com head of combine training, Woman’s Basketball Hall of Fame basketball camps, etc. For his training accomplishments, he was up for the 2008 PFP Trainer of the Year. Devin has also managed Kamp Kiawah’s kid camp for three years from 1998-2001 and founded the “FitKid” program at Next Level. He is also currently in charge of fitness for numerous Oak Ridge elementary schools which is a government founded program.
Devin earned his bachelor of arts from Fordham University in the Bronx, NY. He is also a certified personal trainer, sports and conditioning specialist, speed and agility coach, NCAA certified coach, Virtus certified, and kids athletic fitness training.

Wendy Nicole Hill – Performance Specialist
BS, SCS
Wendy Hill joined Next Level after graduating from the University of Tennessee in 2007 with a degree in Exercise Science. Injury prevention was a major focus for UT Athletics, as well as a huge influence for why Wendy became a trainer in athletic performance enhancement. Wendy has worked with a variety of youth sports organizations for 10+ years now and is Head of our FitKid Program. She trains athletes of all sports, but specializes in volleyball, golf, soccer and marathon/triathlon runners.

Nathan Hoffmeister – Performance Specialist
Nate Hoffmeister grew up in middle Tennessee where he attended Lebanon High School. Nate lettered four years in baseball and basketball. During his high school career, he compiled a 92-29 record with three District championships, one Regional championship, and one Sub- State championship. He also had two State appearances where they finished in the final four and then in the elite eight. Nate’s senior year he received All- District awards along with other awards and scholarship offers in both basketball and baseball. Nate signed to play basketball with Grand Valley State University, a D-2 school in Southern Michigan. After one year, he transferred to Lincoln Memorial University, another D-2 school in Harrogate, TN, where he finished his career. Nate graduated in December of 2007 with a degree in Kinesiology. While at LMU, Nate was named to the Gulf South Academic Honor Role Team.
Nate has been training for four years in Knoxville, TN. Over his time he has helped numerous teams and players. Nate has had the opportunity to work with Lady Vols, Knoxville Thunderbolts (ABA), Boo Jackson (NBA- D-League Wizards), Justin Hamilton (7th Round Draft player 2007-Browns, Redskins), Grace Volleyball (final four 2009), Fulton Basketball’s state champs (2007, 2008), Central basketball and cross country, Adidas Top Ten Competition in Atlanta, GA, Catholic football and boys and girls high school varsity basketball, Carson Newman Basketball (D-2 school in TN), and numerous other high school and college teams and players.
In December of 2009, Nate started training pro fighters. He currently trains pro’s such as, Chris Wright, Ovince St. Preux (Strikeforce) , Matt Traylor, Rafaello (UFC ), Joelle Godfrey (Contador Show 2008) and other numerous pro fighters. Nate is a certified sports conditioning specialist and is head of Speed Development and Basketball Skills at Next Level Training.
Jason Messing – Performance Specialist
Jason Messing was born and raised in Knoxville and was a walk-on wide receiver/safety at the University of Tennessee after a good career at Farragut High School. In addition to football, Jason played basketball and ran track while attending Farragut. After his redshirt freshmen year at UT, he transferred to perennial top 5 Division 2 University of North Alabama where he set the single season and career touchdown mark for wide receivers. North Alabama finished in the top five 3 out of the 4 years he was there and reached the playoffs each year, advancing to the quarterfinals two years and to the semifinals in another. Jason graduated from UNA with a Bachelors of Science in Communications. After a stellar college career and the Division 2 version of the Senior Bowl All-Star Game, Jason continued to pursue a professional football career. He has had try-outs with the New York Jets, Miami Dolphins, and many other teams where he has consistently ran the 40 yard dash in less than 4.4 seconds by numerous scouts. Jason recently completed a year in the Arena Football League and also finished his fourth year as an instructor for the Chad Pennington Football Camp held locally. Jason is a certified personal trainer who specializes in speed, agility, and quickness training for all sports.
Jonathan Jones
Recently graduated from Wake Forest Univ. with Bachelors degree in Sociology. Also played on the football team at Wake as a wide receive and safety before starting at outside linebacker in his senior season. Rated by Rivals.com as the third-best receiver and the 19th-best player in Tennessee coming out of high school. Posted 836 receiving yards while Splitting time between receiver and running back as a senior. Named all-region quarterback as a freshman. A talented basketball player who averaged 20 points per game as a junior as well as All-State honorable mention. All-county most valuable player & all-district as a junior & senior. 2nd leading scorer in Sequoyah High School’s history. Received offers to play both sports at the Division I level. Jonathan has a sincere passion for helping high school & youth athletes who aspire to play any sport on the college level or who just want to increase physical and athletic ability.
