Willowbrook Elementary School in Oak Ridge team up for a “Mornings in Motion” program. Next Level trainers Devin Driscoll and Wendy Hill run this progressive program. The program is 30 minutes before school and gets the kids a pre school workout. Benji Goff, a Next Level Athlete and University of Tennessee at Knoxville Rugby player, has been invited to the U.S. National Rugby Team tryouts.  Next Level Training would like to wish him good luck at the tryouts.
