How to Register

Thank you for choosing to participate in The Next Level 7-on-7 Tournament. This event is sure to feature some of the best football skill players that this region has to offer. The top two finalists at The Next Level 7-on-7 Tournament qualify to compete at the IMG MADDEN 7-on-7 CHAMPIONSHIP in Bradenton, Florida, June 29 – July 1, 2012.

The Next Level 7-on-7 Tournament is the only East Tennessee 7-on-7 tournament sanctioned by the IMG MADDEN FOOTBALL ACADEMY.

  1. Please download the following forms:
  1. Have each player fill out the NEXT LEVEL TRAINING WAIVER and IMG WAIVER. Please make sure all required fields are filled out. Any form not properly filled out may result in a disqualification of that player without full refund. Be sure to collect forms from each participating player prior to the event. On the day of the event, the Head Coach must present all waiver forms at check-in for final processing.NOTE: Our staff will not accept any forms handed in from anyone except the Head Coach.


  2. Please fill out the TEAM REGISTRATION FORM. This form must be filled out completely and emailed back prior to the event. We will use this form to cross-reference all participants listed on this form with the waiver forms. REMEMBER: There must be a minimum of 11 players, but no more than 15 players to each team. All players must be between the ages of 14 – 18 years old.

PLEASE NOTE:The Head Coach of each team is responsible for distributing & collecting player forms, collecting all monies from participating players, filling out the Team Roster Registration Form, Registration payment and submitting forms properly to the Next Level Organization on the day of the event. A Head Coach cannot be under the age of 21.

                                                       PAYMENT OPTIONS
Total cost for a team to register is $200.00. 
PAYMENT IN FULL IS RECOMMENDED, however, a minimum deposit of $100.00 will secure your spot ($50.00 of this deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or fail to show up in time for scheduled play). The remaining balance is due prior to May 26, 2012 or at check-in on the day of the event. Please be advised that we are only accepting cash payments on the day of the event. All balances must be settled prior to your team taking the field.

There are two ways to submit payment prior to the event on MAY 26, 2012.
