Personal Training

We offer  personal training,  partner training, and small group classes. Our dynamic, fun, results-oriented workouts combine resistance training, cardio workouts, plyometrics, core training, functional fitness and flexibility. Utilize the most dynamic trainers in the area so you can reach all your fitness goals.

Pricing for personal training varies per trainer and the client’s needs. H3 Next Level trains individuals, small groups/classes, and teams.

Boot Camp

This dynamic, motivational movement class is a can’t miss program – a combination of aerobic exercise and resistance training. We set up your group with one of our nationally certified trainers to provide an exercise that will concentrate on core strength, cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, and overall health. Regardless of your fitness level, emphasis is placed on exercising safely, having fun, and completing the challenge. This class finishes with gentle stretching exercises to incorporate the complete mind/body experience.

Next Level bootcamps can be done at our facility or on location. We have had bootcamps at Bluegrass Elementary School, Sacred Heart Cathedral School, Cedar Bluff Racquet club, TYS Insurance, Lakeshore Park and many other locations in the East Tennessee area.

Our boot camps or “Outback Classes”, as formerly referred to, have been featured in The Knoxville News Sentinel on several occasions. We have also done corporate boot camps for Sea Ray of Knoxville18 Karat Modeling AgencySmoothie King, and The Skin Care Center.
